1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.

4. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $50 / €50
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders below the free shipping threshold and are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time through our carrier's tracking portal.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Cortex is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Cortex is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at cortexhub.store and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
